I used Michael Katz to buy my first co-op apartment 7 years ago. The apartments management was slow and difficult to communicate with, and if it wasn't for Michael Katz's ability to get things done, it would have taken forever to get the place. 7 years later, my wife and I wanted to upgrade to a house. Knowing how hard it can be to buy and sell at the same time, we chose to use Michael Katz again. He helped us sell our apartment and buy our new house in a matter of 2 months and helped resolve any issues we had with the buyer / seller. Michael is your friendly neighborhood realtor. He has a great personality, is friendly to work with, and will answer your calls in the evening when things come up. If you want a realtor that will work for you, and put your best interest at heart, Michael is your guy. I would never sell or buy a house without him!
