His knowledge of the market and the entire home-buying process was so impressive and made everything much easier to navigate. We listed our house for sale with Laser Dec. 2019. When we went to Fl. for the winter. Lazar handled all the details, and displayed them on the Web. Before we came back from Fl. in April 2020, we were in Contract. In spite of some legal and Covid-19 problems. Lazar guided the sale thru negotiating with the Attorneys and the buyers. Lazar did a great job. I would give him a top rating for all he did.
