Stefan was wonderful. Our house was sold in a month and closed during the COVID-19 crisis. He was professional, friendly and very responsive. We didn't need much hand holding and told Stefan to call us when needed. He listened!! When we called or texted him, he answered right away. Our home was an unusual footprint and Stefan found the right people to buy our house and make it a home. So very happy with his services and will recommend him to my family and friends. We listed our house for sale with Laser Dec. 2019. When we went to Fl. for the winter. Lazar handled all the details, and displayed them on the Web. Before we came back from Fl. in April 2020, we were in Contract. In spite of some legal and Covid-19 problems. Lazar guided the sale thru negotiating with the Attorneys and the buyers. Lazar did a great job. I would give him a top rating for all he did.

Michael dedicated much of his time helping us look for our perfect home for our family, even if that meant spending the whole day driving all around different towns giving us home tours. He was always sending us potential homes to view that he knew met our criteria. Michael, was fantastic, although this is a form of income for him, he was truly dedicated to helping us find our home even if it did take a few months.
