I would highly recommend working with Kayla! Buying a house can be a very challenging field, so many different factors come into play, but Kayla is such a pleasure to go through the process with and she is so helpful! We found her to be very knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and in general very easy to work with. She did a fantastic job negotiating with the seller for us, as well. Kayla made the whole thing so doable for us; we're so pleased we had her as our agent!

We listed our house for sale with Laser Dec. 2019. When we went to Fl. for the winter. Lazar handled all the details, and displayed them on the Web. Before we came back from Fl. in April 2020, we were in Contract. In spite of some legal and Covid-19 problems. Lazar guided the sale thru negotiating with the Attorneys and the buyers. Lazar did a great job. I would give him a top rating for all he did.

Stefan was wonderful. Our house was sold in a month and closed during the COVID-19 crisis. He was professional, friendly and very responsive. We didn't need much hand holding and told Stefan to call us when needed. He listened!! When we called or texted him, he answered right away.
