My experience with Daniel started with a telephone follow up, Daniel asked me to give him a chance as the agent I was working with didn’t have the knowledge of the market and wasn’t showing properties I was interested in. I had a property I wanted to see with an agent, it needed some work and needed a contractor to assess the renovations, Daniel scheduled a showing with the contractor for the next day, had a mortgage broker call me the same day and was knowledgeable and professional when we made an offer, this wasn’t the property for us and we continued our search. Daniel and I had searched and viewed many properties and they just weren’t what we were looking for, I came across the home I did purchase and was excited to share with Daniel what I found, we toured the very next day and we knew this was IT! Daniel walked me through this process and it wasn’t easy, Daniel and I called and text almost daily, Daniel was patient and in constant contact with the sellers agent, scheduled the home inspection as we had a short window to get this process done. Daniel was so professional, I wanted to walk away from the deal as it wasn’t moving along on the time we had to get the deal completed, Daniel was so kind and reminded me that this wasn’t my house and we didn’t find it, it found US! One telephone call turned into me finding the BEST agent, I couldn’t ask for a better person, he’s a great agent, but he’s a great person, anyone that has Daniel as an agent is blessed, he will be there every step of the way, will call and text to keep you apprised. Daniel knows the market and communicated what homes in the area were selling for and that this wasn’t a good deal, I still reach out to Daniel with questions and he’s there to answer them for me even though we have closed the deal. Daniel is now part of my family as he is just a wonderful young man and I am so happy that I took the chance and allowed him to represent me because I have a beautiful home.
