Working with Yara was truly a wonderful experience, she is one in a million, very knowledgeable and professional. She reached out on a Sunday, we spoke several times, met the following weekend and the house was listed. She came very prepared as I knew she would from speaking with her and had all her ducks in a row as they say. She recommended a topnotch cleaning lady to come in and clean the house for us and boy did they have their work cut out for them, the house never looked so good. When the house was ready to show she made a professional video of the neighborhood and the house inside and out that was unbelievable. Yara was always available for any questions that we had anytime of the day to speak with, she made the process a great experience. We would use her again and she is a wonderful friend now.

I recently purchased a home with my new Real estate agent , Guadalupe (Pita) Mendoza from JD Station Plaza Realty in New Rochelle Ny. I would like to start off by saying, I have had quite a bit of experience working with other agents in the past, buying and selling properties in the Tri state area and Hands down, Pita is the most driven and determined agent of them all. She made the buying/selling process just so stress-free and easy that I can’t wait to work with her again in the foreseeable future. She was extremely trusting throughout and I felt my rights were fully protected during the entire process. She makes you feel as if she really cares for your needs and wants and she knows how to balance them both out for you, when looking for a new home. The part that is perplexing is, when speaking with her, it’s almost as if she has been doing real estate for 30 plus years.
