Guadalupe Mendoza Avila

I recently purchased a home with my new Real estate agent , Guadalupe (Pita) Mendoza from JD Station Plaza Realty in New Rochelle Ny. I would like to start off by saying, I have had quite a bit of experience working with other agents in the past, buying and selling properties in the Tri state area and Hands down, Pita is the most driven and determined agent of them all. She made the buying/selling process just so stress-free and easy that I can’t wait to work with her again in the foreseeable future. She was extremely trusting throughout and I felt my rights were fully protected during the entire process. She makes you feel as if she really cares for your needs and wants and she knows how to balance them both out for you, when looking for a new home. The part that is perplexing is, when speaking with her, it’s almost as if she has been doing real estate for 30 plus years.
