Carol Ann is the most knowledgeable real estate agent I’ve had the privilege to meet. She answered any and all questions we had, no matter how silly or small. She was knowledgeable about the area, about the homes, came prepared with all information. When information was not available, she would go above and beyond to gather anything needed. Home buying can be incredibly overwhelming but she was with us every step of the way making it easy and enjoyable.

I was very indecisive throughout the entire journey, and Joanne was so patient and never once pressured me into selling.
