My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alecia Savas and her business partner, Chris Savas, with the Savas Group. From minute one, they were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect home. Buying a house can be extremely stressful and overwhelming, but Alecia and Chris made the entire process feel seamless. They were always available to answer questions, offer honest advice, negotiate on our behalf, and make sure we understood every step along the way. I always felt like they had our best interests at heart—not just making a sale. What stood out most was their attention to detail and personal commitment to making sure everything came together smoothly, even when there were unexpected challenges. They went above and beyond, and I truly felt supported from the first showing all the way through closing. We are absolutely thrilled with our new home, and we have Alecia and Chris to thank for helping make this dream a reality. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone purchasing or selling a home. If you want a team that is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their clients, you will be in excellent hands with Alecia and Chris and the Savas Group!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Traci Byers. She helped me navigate the entire process of purchasing my home at 1138 Green Avenue, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better broker or advocate. From beginning to end, Traci was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful. Buying a home, especially in New York, can be an overwhelming and emotional process, but Traci was a steady, reassuring presence throughout it all. She took the time to answer my many questions, explain things clearly, offer thoughtful and honest guidance, and make sure I always felt informed and comfortable with the decisions I was making. I never felt rushed or pressured. I always felt that Traci genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to navigate the complexities of the buying process were invaluable. I always knew that Traci was looking out for my best interests, and having someone I trusted so completely in my corner made all the difference. What makes the experience even more special is that Traci didn’t just help me buy a house. She helped me find a home that I absolutely love. Somewhere along the way, she also became more than my broker. She became a friend. I am incredibly grateful to Traci for her patience, expertise, kindness, and support throughout such an important milestone in my life. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is truly exceptional at what she does, and anyone would be lucky to have her representing them.
