Mary had been our buyers' agent when we bought in Ossining, and she really looked out for us as we looked around in an area we didn't know well. Of course, she was helpful in setting a price, and it certainly brought folks to see the house. She created great materials -- slide show, diagrams, prose descriptions. We thought we had a good product, but even in winter it was far more popular than any of us expected. We had an offer for way, way over asking price the third day, I think, but on Mary's advice, we kept it on the market three more days -- and got almost 30 offers total, if memory services. She knows this area and will really help you out.
