Mary had been our buyers' agent when we bought in Ossining, and she really looked out for us as we looked around in an area we didn't know well. She kept in touch after we bought, even coming to our backyard wedding. So 10 years later, we brought her back as our sales' agent. We had her on hand in January 2022 when we wanted advice on the things we needed to do to our house before selling it, and there was MUCH we had to do that we didn't expect. And for several reasons, that work took us to December 2022 before we finished. She was comforting but unyielding on what we needed to do, and pushed us toward our goal. If I had to pick the one big reason to use Mary, I'd say that combination is her calling card, and compassion is her brand. Of course, she was helpful in setting a price, and it certainly brought folks to see the house. She created great materials -- slide show, diagrams, prose descriptions. We thought we had a good product, but even in winter it was far more popular than any of us expected. We had an offer for way, way over asking price the third day, I think, but on Mary's advice, we kept it on the market three more days -- and got almost 30 offers total, if memory services. She knows this area and will really help you out.

Vanessa was right along side me every step of this sale. I have lived in my home for 41 years and she helped me through my jitters, my anxiousness and my excitement. She answered every single one of my silly questions, she was available always and I would like to say she became a friend. She has an enormous amount of knowledge about real estate and if she didn't have an answer she was honest about that and found out the answer. She was professional, friendly and supportive always. Her little touches such as water bottles with my home picture on them and a book about our community helped to make the open houses more welcoming.
