Mr Larry was very professional and listened to all my requirements and concerns , regarding the homes we visited. In the end I am very happy with the quick close and I am enjoying my new home. Ralph was very proactive at setting up showings and was able to point things out about the homes that I would not have considered important. Everything that Ralph was involved in went very smoothly. He worked well with the seller's realtor, my bank, and my lawyer through the whole process. There are a lot of horror stories on the internet about home purchases gone wrong, but this was certainly not one of them. I always felt he was looking out for my best interest.
