Brian was referred to me when I was in a jam and urgently needed someone to sell my investment property in Hudson Heights. He stepped in and quickly took over the process. He was proactive and created a marketing plan and always kept me in the loop on all activities and showings. Even after finding a buyer, he went above and beyond when disaster struck and the property got flooded before closing. He stepped in to help with my contractors to make sure all the work was done to spec and in a timely fashion. Thanks to his work ethic, I did not lose the buyer and we were able to close. Could not have asked for a better broker.
