Mr. Budd exemplified true professionalism from start to finish of our home buying process. He took the time to understand who we were and as a result understood what type of home and neighborhood we were looking for. He was relentless in his search, and took us precisely to the types of homes we were looking for and within 2 and 1/2 weeks he successfully landed us in the right home in the right neighborhood and surprisingly at a priced lower than what we had expected to pay!!! I highly recommend Mr. Budd and will definitely recommend and use his services in the future!

If you want to buy or sell a home in the Bronx, then you need Cathy Tonti to be your Real Estate Agent! Thanks to her we were finally able to close on a house after a very long and tortuous adventure due to a difficult seller. We couldn't have done it without the patience, knowledge, and expertise of Cathy Tonti. She was always available seven days a week to follow-up on our house on our behalf, and went to check on the house countless times when we could not. Her experience is key in Bronx transactions! We first tried to buy a different house in the Bronx with a Manhattan Real Estate Agent and ultimately it was a mess and the deal collapsed. It turns out we just needed Cathy Tonti all along. If you want to buy a place in the Bronx, you need someone who has been helping people buy and sell homes in the Bronx for decades. We highly recommend Cathy Tonti and are deeply grateful for all of her hard work. We have already enlisted her services to help us buy another property!
