Mr. Budd exemplified true professionalism from start to finish of our home buying process. He took the time to understand who we were and as a result understood what type of home and neighborhood we were looking for. He was relentless in his search, and took us precisely to the types of homes we were looking for and within 2 and 1/2 weeks he successfully landed us in the right home in the right neighborhood and surprisingly at a priced lower than what we had expected to pay!!! I highly recommend Mr. Budd and will definitely recommend and use his services in the future!

I have used MR. BUDD twice for my dealings in property selling and buying, Fabian is an expert in what he does. Very professional and knowledgeable on all phases of real-estate . Fabian was very patient with us in showing us different houses. We wanted a specific type of house in a good location with privacy and on a budget . It wasn't going to be easy and with everything we wanted, Fabian found the perfect house for us. Our experience with Fabian was excellent and would definitely recommend him.

Well, where do I start.....First I want to say, Fabian did a great job keeping me and my family updated with properties as soon as it got on the market. About every other day he kept our email inbox full with new listings. He listened to our wants and needs and made sure that each listing provided that and more. Through out the process he was very patient and did a great job at answering any questions we had. Once we found our house, he was still there guiding us through the process and checked up on us making sure our bankers and attorneys were doing there part. The fact we felt like he treated us like family allowed us to trust him. He is obviously great at what he does and I would defiantly recommend him to anyone!
