Carol Ann is the most knowledgeable real estate agent I’ve had the privilege to meet. She answered any and all questions we had, no matter how silly or small. She was knowledgeable about the area, about the homes, came prepared with all information. When information was not available, she would go above and beyond to gather anything needed. Home buying can be incredibly overwhelming but she was with us every step of the way making it easy and enjoyable.

I recently bought a property in Park Plaza, Rego Park with the help of my agent, Guan. He is very dedicated to his job, knowledgeable, and friendly. He guided me all throughout the process. Buying a property here in New York is not easy because of the requirements and the like. Guan always finds time to answer all my queries even on weekends or late nights.
