After unsuccessfully trying to sell our home for 6 months (and interacting with dozens of other agents), Chris was recommended to us by a family friend. From our initial meeting I felt extremely confident that the house would be sold in a short timeframe and at a fair price (which he did). The thing I appreciated most about Chris is that he is a full service real estate agent. He is not part-time or someone who lists your house online and calls it a day. He handles everything personally, from showings to open houses, offer letters to negotiations and all the way through the closing. My only regret is that I didn't meet him sooner.
