I recently bought a property in Park Plaza, Rego Park with the help of my agent, Guan. He is very dedicated to his job, knowledgeable, and friendly. He guided me all throughout the process. Buying a property here in New York is not easy because of the requirements and the like. Guan always finds time to answer all my queries even on weekends or late nights. I will always receive a reply from him. I certainly recommend Guan to my family and friends if they need a real estate agent. I am 110% sure that he could help everyone who is looking for a house, condo or coop. Five stars is the highest, but I think he deserves more than five. What a great client-agent experience indeed!

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Michael Manzino! He was absolutely wonderful! I was a first-time home buyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I had no idea what I was doing or where to even begin, but Michael was always kind and patient and made the process as smooth as possible. He is honest and hands-on (he even went into creepy attics) and he really helped to take the pressure off of me. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and was always there for my late night texts and early morning emails and endless questions. He worked as hard as I did to find me the perfect home! Michael went above and beyond and I’m so grateful that he was my realtor and that I had the opportunity to work with someone as great as him!
