Ivona did a great job. I was living in another state, and she took care of everything. Anytime there was a problem, she found a solution. Also, unlike other brokers who let junior team members do important things like showings, Ivona does all of it herself so the quality is consistent and excellent.

It took a year in very tough market and Federico and Rita stayed focused and encouraging. Even when my energy was waning they kept us moving forward. Buying a property here in New York is not easy because of the requirements and the like. Guan always finds time to answer all my queries even on weekends or late nights.
