We had other realtors before her and things just did not work out. We explained what we wanted but the offers of showings either it was not in the area of town we wanted or it was too small or too much. We were looking for 3 months before we saw this one. It was on a Sunday when we called on a house we had spotted. She called us back within 10 minutes. She met us on the SUNDAY and told us all about it. We were convinced this is the one. While getting lending the lender had 0% sense of urgency .Karla stepped in and to make things shorter she got things back on track ,convinced the sellers to hold on longer and ultimately,we ended up paying far less than the original plan.I know extreme dedication when I see it and that is by definition,Karla Crow!
