I was under a great amount of stress just losing my father, living in Oregon and not knowing how I was to even going to begin to figure out how to sell his house in New Mexico. My brother and I contacted Nancy and found out she actually sold this very house to him many years before. She took care of EVERYTHING!!! She kept us updated on construction that needed to be done, she got multiple bids on each repair and submitted those bids to us so we could choose the contractor of our choice and then oversaw every single repair. She sent pictures of all the repairs for our approval. Nancy went above and beyond by talking with us every step of the way to ensure the house was fixed up properly to put on the market. Once the house hit the market, it didn't take long for us to get a buyer....and I credit that all to Nancy. She is knowledgeable in what she does. No doubt about that. If We could give more that 5 stars it would be an infinite amount of stars.

Nancy, is very professional always willing and able to help. She strives to make the transaction as easy as possible, helping to explain any questions you may have. She helped us buy this house originally and 30 years later she was the person we wanted to sell if for us as well. It was a team effort with the sell of the house Nancy and Angela worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. If we ever go back we will look them up for our next house.
