30 real estate agents in N Albuquerque Acres

We had a great experience working with Dawn to sell our home. From the beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. She communicated with us throughout the entire process and was always available to answer our questions and explain the next steps clearly. Dawn demonstrated strong knowledge of the local market and provided helpful guidance on pricing, listing, offers, inspections, negotiations, and closing. We especially appreciated her communication during the inspection and negotiation process. She kept us informed, explained our options, and helped us navigate the process smoothly. Since we moved out of state before the sale was completed, good communication and coordination were especially important to us. Dawn worked closely with us remotely and coordinated with the buyer's agent, title company, and other parties to make sure everything stayed on track through closing. Overall, Dawn was reliable, patient, and professional throughout the entire transaction. Selling a home while living in another state could have been stressful, but her responsiveness and support made the process much easier. We truly appreciated her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Albuquerque area.

Dawn was just the best. Responsive, quick to answer any questions and very knowledgeable. She was such a treasure during our house hunt and absolutely during the closing. She navigated everything on the inspections, estimates and closing. Things couldn’t have gone smoother. She is a true professional and so great at what she does. Dawn really knows the Albuquerque market and very quick to provide insights and updates. I absolutely loved working with Dawn and was so very happy to have her on this journey! I would highly recommend Dawn to anyone wanting an exceptional real estate agent!! Thanks to her we found a beautiful home!
