I prefer text over calls and Clarice was very responsive to questions and concerns. In one house hunting trip we looked at 16 houses in 2 and 1/2 days which she organized efficiently. It was obvious Clarice not only loves her job but is also very knowledgeable and observant. She pointed out potential issues in houses I might not have noticed. I think she learned about spotting issues from all of the inspections she's attended!
