Troy was very knowledgeable about the market in Ruidoso. He was able to work with us even though we were overseas. He contacted us frequently to keep us updated on our progress. He was with us every step of the way.

We needed some jobs to be done like painting several rooms, repair some closet doors, cleaning carpets and getting a re-roofing completed. We live in Lubbock and did not know who to contact. Neal went out of his way to help us get the house ready to show and sell. Neal gave us great advice on pricing and kept us informed all through the process. I dreaded selling the house but with Neal's help and always upbeat attitude it went by fast with no drama or missteps. I feel we got a better price than I thought we would due to his hard work on our sale. I would highly recommend anyone to use Neal Leven as their agent.

Pues yo la recomiendo le doy un 10 gracias

Kaitlan followed-up with me to see if I was interested in making an offer at an open house she was hosting. From then on she was super helpful and also showed me many other properties. I found a property I absolutely loved and she helped my family and I throughout the whole process. She is very motivated, professional, kind, and super awesome! I definitely recommend Kaitlan to be your next realtor. Thank you kaitlan, we appreciate all the help and guidance you provided us with and also patience since it was a pretty lengthy transaction. Again, Thank you 🙏 you definitely made the home buying process such an easy transaction.

Dennis was great! he made the process smooth and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!
