Melissa was great to work with when selling my grandmother’s house in Albuquerque! From start to finish, she handled the entire process with skill, speed, and care. She got the home on the market, generated competing offers, and secured a full-price offer in just 22 days, which allowed us to close in under 25 days! It was record timing and exceeded our expectations. As the widow of a WWII veteran, my grandmother qualified for the Homes for Heroes program, and Melissa was instrumental in guiding us through it. The program gives back to military service members, veterans, surviving spouses, and other community heroes by providing significant financial benefits, including a substantial check savings after closing. Melissa made sure my grandmother received every benefit and honor she deserved while achieving top-dollar results on the sale. If you need a realtor in Albuquerque who is fast, dedicated, and truly honors those who served, call Melissa!

We worked with Melissa and Freddie long distance. While in Lubbock, Melissa came to walk through the house with us and they were able to give us excellent information on what we needed to do to sell the home. They also gave us a listing price that was very reasonable for the area. Melissa stayed in contact with us over the next several months while we were getting things ready on our end to get the home listed. Once we were ready, she handled everything for us and had the home sold in just a few days. We had to move all the belongings out of there while we were in Michigan, she helped us get things coordinated; and after the movers left she made sure the home was ready for the new owner so we didn’t have to come back to Lubbock. She was very knowledgeable, always prompt, and negotiated the sale very well. We highly recommend Melissa and Freddie. They are amazing and know the Lubbock area very well.
