Julie has deep knowledge of neighborhoods as well as the overall market. She also takes time to listen to the client to determine their needs and budget. The follow-up at each stage is excellent. I would recommend her every time.

Julie was excellent in all areas. A very good communicator. She helped us navigate a somewhat trying sell and did a great job getting us to the finish line. I would recommend her for your real estate needs without reservation.

Julie truly knows the market and worked hard to get our house sold. She has strong ties to the community, knowing about available services, and what is needed to get the house on the market and sold. She has a very friendly and approachable personality and encourages open communication. We appreciated that she shared her knowledge of resources to get repairs and upgrades done that enhanced the value of our house and aided in the sale of our house. Julie is trustworthy, professional and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend her to someone looking for a broker.
