Sabine is very knowledgeable and is very diligent. We would have liked more negotiations support in the sale of our home. We believe she was looking at the buyers point of view for the home inspections, rather than listening to us in our knowledge of our home. The buyers were trying to get more credit with the inspection report than what we were willing to concede to. She suggested that we counter offer with something, which we refused.
