Sabine is very knowledgeable and is very diligent. We would have liked more negotiations support in the sale of our home. We believe she was looking at the buyers point of view for the home inspections, rather than listening to us in our knowledge of our home. The buyers were trying to get more credit with the inspection report than what we were willing to concede to. She suggested that we counter offer with something, which we refused. She pursued getting the buyer to accept our first offer and we appreciate her effort and talent to get it done. I would use her again in buying or selling a home.

We chose Sabine based on a recommendation we saw on the internet. She is personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. She guided us through the learning process of Santa Fe neighborhoods, and was patient and helpful as we looked at homes in various areas to get a feel for where we might like to live. She helped us find the perfect home/location for us! She is professional and her expertise guided us through a process which could have been trying, but instead went quite smoothly.
