Scott goes above and beyond. His skills exceed any other agent I have dealt with. He conducts his own market analysis and comps and doesn’t rely on the standard algorithms ensuring you get top dollar for your property. He measured my entire house and drafted up a floor plan. He is extremely knowledgeable of all the rules and regulations and holds a law degree elevating him above other agents. Between scheduling an open house and his use of the various media sites, we had an offer the day following the open house.

Great attention to detail and follow-up. Made the sale seamless.
