Ms. Freelin walked me through the process and together we did not miss a beat. I own a home and I have to thank her for all her help

Rosemary was very pleasant and efficient work with . From my knowledge regarding real estate this was a quick sale- less than two months. I would have her as my realtor again. Great job!

I needed to purchase a house with very specific requirements, at a pretty low price point in today’s market, in a specific area of Albuquerque, by a specific date. I knew it was going to be very challenging, and I was extremely nervous that it may not be possible. My realtor was Rosemary Freelin. She was on top of the challenge from day one. She quickly sent me listing information of houses that could potentially meet my needs, and continued to do so when another became available. There weren’t many because of my requirements. Rosemary remained supportive, professional, and positive even when I pulled out of potential sales after realizing the property was not going to meet my needs due to layout of the house or the condition of the house. I was more impressed with Rosemary’s performance when she remained quickly responsive when she was away from the city for a week. All my house hunting needs were met quickly. Rosemary’s attention to details, her quick responsiveness, and her overall commitment to me as her client, led to the purchase of the right house, in the right neighborhood, at the price I could afford, in the time period I needed. I could not be happier with my house purchasing experience. I highly recommend Rosemary Freelin to all who are in the market to buy a house. She is an exceptional realtor and a genuinely nice person.

The communication between us was awesome. She was available to answer my questions when I needed them! Making the overall homebuying experience run smooth for me.

Mikaela was very knowledgeable in the real estate market and very knowledgeable on the closing details and cost...if I had a question she would get back to me as right away...I would use her future real transactions.
