Carina is simply the best! It is hard to put into words how awesome she is. Carina is super knowledgeable and takes the job very seriously. She is extremely professional yet incredibly personable. She felt like a friend from the first phone conversation we had. Carina always responded immediately to all of my text messages and emails. She always had an answer to my questions and I felt very confident that she was giving me the correct information. My husband and I moved from Minnesota to New Mexico. There is an extra level of difficulty when moving across the country. We were also selling our current home simultaneously so there was a lot to coordinate. We could have never made it happen without Carina. She went above and beyond and exceeded every expectation. She went out of her way numerous times to facilitate the transaction do things on our behalf when we couldn’t physically be present. Carina was great at communicating with both title companies and the other agent. She really help us make it all happen. I would recommend Carina 100% without hesitation.
