True Gem! Megan helped my wife and I turn a horrible situation around with her realtor skills. Megan even went as far as working through her vacation with us. If I still lived in New Mexico I would use Megan everytime I purchased real estate. Shes always responsful in a timely fashion, very knowledgable, and goes above and beyond in helping a seller (we were out of state: from landscaper to cleaners to stagers and handymen).
