Janet was very helpful in helping me find a home for my move from Colorado. She went out of her way to make sure things went smoothly. She's an extremely good agent.

This was my first time buying a new/just built home and dealing with a builder. Janet was thorough with moving through the entire process. She assured that I was knowledgeable about each step and that all timelines and requirements for not only selling my house but also buying a house, were met. She sold my house in two days and worked with the mortgage company and my new home builder to assure I was able to close and move into my new house on time. Janet cares about her clients and is willing to go the extra mile to assure they are pleased with her work as well as the sale and purchase of a house. I would hire her again should I ever need to sell and purchase a new home. Thank you, Janet!

I truly hope I can do justice to Janet with this review. After moving back to the area, I found myself unsure of where to start in my home search. Luckily, I was connected with Janet, and I can't express how grateful I am for that. From our very first interaction, Janet was incredibly responsive and made me feel like I was touring homes with a friend. She quickly arranged to show me a house I was interested in the very next day, and within just three days of meeting her, we had an offer submitted. I never felt rushed or misled; instead, I felt supported throughout the entire process. Janet's professionalism and upbeat attitude made everything easy, especially since my spouse was out of state during our home search. She patiently walked me through each step, answering my many questions without making me feel like a bother. If you're new to the area or have had a less-than-ideal experience with realtors in the past, I highly recommend Janet. She worked around my schedule and attended every appointment, no matter what. When we closed on our home, she surprised us with a thoughtful housewarming gift and continued to check in even after the sale. I can't thank Janet enough for her dedication, kindness, and expertise. If you need a realtor, honestly look no further—Janet is truly wonderful!
