She assured that I was knowledgeable about each step and that all timelines and requirements for not only selling my house but also buying a house, were met. She sold my house in two days and worked with the mortgage company and my new home builder to assure I was able to close and move into my new house on time. Janet cares about her clients and is willing to go the extra mile to assure they are pleased with her work as well as the sale and purchase of a house.
