We were in interested in buying and selling simultaneously in a wild market (in two different cities and amid a pandemic, no less). Within a few hours of discussing our goals and vision, we were off to see houses. Within days, our offer on our dream home was accepted and we were preparing our current house to go on (and very quickly off!) the market.
