Joel is great at communication and always replies right away, and keeps inform about every detail. Great attitude and personality.

We highly recommend Katy. She stepped in with fresh ideas, amazing advice and suggestions from the start. We were a bit discouraged from a bad experience with a previous realtor we hired and fired, but Katy was like a breath of fresh air with her vision, professionalism, integrity, and knowledge of the area and market in general. She relaunched our home listing with beautiful photos, aerial views and amazing description. She was always a phone call away, generated a lot of interest for our property from the start and was great at follow-up. She perseveres, enjoys challenges, is an amazing problem-solver, is hard working, passionate about what she does, and goes above and beyond. We definitely felt she cared and had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process. We would definitely work with Katy again and would recommend her without reservation.
