Having worked with Bob Elliott ten years ago, when it came time to sell our rental property in New Jersey this past summer, we knew we wanted to work with him again. Bob is the epitome of good-natured flexibility, humor, conscientiousness, hard work, and honest realism regarding market expectations. We live out-of-state, so we had to get the property ready for market and conduct the sale remotely. Bob was of invaluable assistance to us in evaluating the work needed to prepare the house for sale, in promoting the house and managing prospective buyers, and especially in the final stages of satisfying buyer requests once the house was under contract. At every stage he went above and beyond, delivering superlative service. We couldn't recommend him more completely or more highly.
