He had knowledge on the areas and types of systems in homes. When it came to offer time, i believe if Pete was not my agent I may not have had my offer accepted. He kept on top of everything promptly and his years of experience showed when making my offer stand out. When closing time was getting close if anything was needed he would not hesitate to get it taken care of. He has a great team and connections as well, all his recommendations for mortgage and attorney worked out amazing they were all great.
