There is not enough I can say about working with Donna Diorio. She is amazing! In addition to her calm and compassionate personality she is extremely knowledgeable of the island! Donna met with us anytime we asked, even when we called last minute. She never once pushed us in any direction. She took us from one end of the island to the other as many times and we asked and was prepared with materials providing all the facts on the houses we were interested in which was so helpful in reviewing later. She ultimately negotiated on a house for us that we never expected would be possible and we are forever grateful to her! Donna didn’t stop there. Even after we closed she was available for advice. Not knowing anyone on the island Donna gave us many reputable and trustworthy contacts one better than the next. If you are looking to buy or sell Donna will be the one to contact.
