First of all, we worked with Donna during the past 20 yrs we owned the property, as one of the agents from whom we purchased the property. Then we worked with her as one of the rental agents through whom tenants would rent the property. Finally, when we decided to sell we went first to BH Zack Shores and Donna. The selling experience had its twists and turns, and ups and downs. Through it all, Donna was always very responsive, acting promptly on everything that was required, and providing us with good advice. Finally, we were very pleased with the final sale, which was virtually the target $ number we agreed on at the beginning.
