Gwen is simply the best there is! She helped us find the perfect home for my mom. Not an easy task given that my mom was living in Arizona and had recently lost her husband. She found houses, showed us homes in the pouring rain, crawled into attics, went through inspections, and discovered leaks. She walked with us through the contract, held her breath and crossed her fingers with us, and stayed right beside me throughout the closing process. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
