Mike - Is the ultimate realtor. He is respectfully, aggressive. Our property was on the market for over 12 months, prior to Mike and his team, with less than a handful of viewings in those 12 months. As soon as I signed with Mike and his team - I had several viewings the following week. Within weeks we had offers. Once under contract - his assistant Tanya ensured we had everything necessary to get to closing. I would recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking to sell their home.

Mike and Tanya represented us in listing and selling our home in Pitman, NJ. We chose the Lentz Team because of their experience and good reviews - and they exceeded our expectations during every step of the process. The photos they prepared for our listing were fantastic, drawing a large response from buyers. We ended up in a multiple offer situation, and their guidance, including a chart to help compare offers and responding quickly to phone calls and emails, took the decision from overwhelming to manageable. They had great, practical advice that moved us to the best offer for us - and guided us through the negotiations and contract execution. We went on the market about 2 weeks before Christmas and live out of state, so could not be in the area to handle a couple of items that came up while the house was on the market and going through inspections. They helped without hesitation, and had some great referrals for work needed. The remote closing went off like a very pleasant dream. We felt lucky to have them on our side.
