Gwen is simply the best there is! She helped us find the perfect home for my mom. Not an easy task given that my mom was living in Arizona and had recently lost her husband. I was looking for "the perfect" home for her (not too big, not too small, a little yard, but not much upkeep, not too many stairs, but not a ranch, close to me in Delaware, but close to my children in New Jersey, and a nice neighborhood. She found houses, showed us homes in the pouring rain, crawled into attics, went through inspections, and discovered leaks.
