I have never known an agent to go to such great lengths as Raymond Barton has in order to sell my father's property. He was 120% hands on when it came to every facet of this transaction. To say "he made things happen" is an understatement. At every turn, he was there to move the process forward, making sure the home was showable, sellable and closeable. He had a wide array of contacts who were invaluable in getting things done, removing unwanted items, making repairs, etc. I cannot imagine going through the process without his help. I met Jeanne Volpe through my sister who is a neighbor of Jeanne's best friend. Did I hit the jackpot???!!! Not only did Jeanne find me the perfect house with an incredible price tag in a 55+ community which had a fenced in deck for my dog (no fence is a deal breaker), she was amazingly warm, kind, funny, professional and so knowledgeable.
