Due to our specific needs and the extreme sellers market, it took us a year to find the right home, but Nick never rushed us or pressured us to make an offer. He even suggested several times that we pass on homes that weren't a good fit or a good value. I believe he genuinely cares about his clients and wants them to find the right home. When we found the home we wanted, he helped us make a competitive offer without overpaying - in fact, our offer was accepted despite not being the highest offer. He had helpful recommendations for a lender, attorney, and inspectors to keep the process moving and make sure we were able to close on time. At closing, he was able to quickly resolve an issue that came up at the final walkthrough, and he even went above and beyond by helping remove some oversized stuff the sellers left on the property. On a personal level, Nick is friendly and easy to talk to, making him enjoyable to work with. We highly recommend Nick, and we will definitely recommend him to any friends who may be looking to buy or sell a home.
