She was very helpful in suggesting what upgrades I should complete before the house went on the market and which would not matter. She also had a list of people that I could call to complete the small projects she suggested. I received multiple offers above list price within 2 days. Lastly but most importantly when we were close to closing my sister and her husband died unexpectedly and she took care of everything from that point to the end even things that were not something a realtor would ordinarily take care of.
