Elisa Fabi is very good a ‘reading’ people. She will show you whatever you ask, but, once she has met you, she is not afraid to tell what she thinks is wrong with the house for the buyer. Then, an explanation of the positives Elisa thinks the buyer would enjoy. She has been in the Real Estate business a long time and makes the buyer comfortable with various anecdotes. Because of being in the business for an extended period, if the buyer really wants the house, Elisa knows how to make the purchase possible.
