Nick is a genuinely kind and exceptional person displaying professionalism and dedication at all times. He was meticulous in the way he handled the sale of my home, anticipating my every need. He gives 200% at all times going out his way to feeding my animals when I was on vacation to changing smoke detectors. Nick is now considered a part of the Powell family. Nick was incredibly helpful. He took the time to really understand what our goals and priorities were in looking for a house. He also is extremely knowledgeable; we learned a great deal about how to look at houses during walk-throughs with him.
