Julianne Siciliano is a wonderful agent. Her expertise and no nonsense attitude was evident from our very first meeting. Prior to meeting Juliane I had very conflicting information from other agents and lawyers as how to proceed in the sale of my condo. Within the first 20 minutes of our conversation, she not only put my mind at ease, but already had a few options for me from simply making a few phone calls to her colleagues. This was not just a simple real estate transaction. I had a unique situation in having to settle my mother's estate which was very stressful to put it lightly. We had a very narrow timeline and Juliane truly went above and beyond in the sale of my condo. From the very beginning, she provided valuable insights on how to stage and market my property effectively and put me in touch with a great team of lawyers which alleviated all my stress and worries. Her dedication and attention to detail was evident throughout the entire process. Her excellent communication skills ensured that I was always informed about potential buyers and received prompt feedback after each showing. Her expertise and professionalism made the selling experience smooth and stress-free. Words simply cant express how grateful I am that I had Julianne as my agent. I had her contact information since she helped my mother years back in a previous sale. She kept in touch with my mother over the years by sending Christmas cards and other correspondences. She's a wonderful person that I would absolutely 100% recommend to anyone buying or selling their property.

We went to Katie at the start of the summer with the goal of closing on our home by the end of August. Not only did we close on time, but Katie helped us find the perfect home for our family. She was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond all of our expectations. On multiple occasions she changed her plans to come see houses with us and she helped facilitate the close of our home well under the asking price. We would highly recommend Katie to anyone who wants a savvy realtor who will get it done for you!
