Vanessa Bueno was truly exceptional. She was recommended/assigned following a home search application I filled out online. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of patience she had with me. It was a no-brainer for me to work with Vanessa since I had set goals and I’m so thankful I did. Vanessa was ALWAYS available to tour homes. Her responsiveness was incredible even when I got frustrated with the reality of the market. Vanessa worked with my family to make our desires a reality. She is also very well-versed in dealing with other real estate agents and lending institutions. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Vanessa was a call/text away, she was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and they did! Her promptness, in-depth knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended her to friends. I am looking forward to a long and prosperous business with Vanessa Bueno in the near future.

We've bought and sold with Cori and she is always wonderful! She demonstrates ethics, professionalism, and domain knowledge of the highest caliber. When interacting with her clients, she is personable, attentive, and just genuinely kind. We could not want for a better agent.

Donna is a very excellent and knowledgeable agent with your best interests at heart. She is very responsive and honest, and I always felt comfortable reaching out to her with any questions I had with my first home buying experience. I felt like we were able to stay on the same page throughout the whole process, and I would definitely recommend reaching out and working with her. I have no doubt you will receive the best professional aid in your real estate pursuits!

Patricia Mozgai of REMAX Competitive Edge was our real estate agent for the sale of our home at 8 Windy Hill Rd, Metuchen, NJ. She was wonderful. We were compelled by circumstance to move out of state on short notice, so she had to handle the sale without us on site. She did it beautifully and kept us informed at every step. Since we were away, she had to attend to all the details of staging for an open house and viewing. She priced the house at a level that seemed high to us but immediately got offers at or above. She guided us through the nerve-wracking stages of accepting an offer, getting an initial contract, gathering the information requested by the buyers, and explained the many, many forms we had to fill out. She was our rock during negotiations and coordinated closely with us and our attorney to get to a final deal. What stood out most was how little we had to worry, despite handling this entire sale from a distance. Patricia treated our home like it was her own responsibility to protect, not just a listing to close. She was patient with our long-distance questions, quick to respond no matter the hour, and always a step ahead of problems before they became stressful. Given everything we had going on with the move itself, having an agent we could fully trust to manage things on the ground made all the difference. We're incredibly grateful to Patricia for making a complicated, long-distance sale feel manageable, and we recommend her highly to anyone selling a home in the Metuchen area.
